Our handmade stretch anklets are designed to slip on without a clasp. Here is how to choose your fit, look after freshwater pearls and put together a matching pair.

How to measure for a stretch anklet

Mommy & Liv anklets are listed at 10 inches. Measure each wearer's ankle rather than choosing by the Mom or Daughter name alone.

  1. Wrap a soft measuring tape around the place where you want the anklet to sit. If you use string, lay it against a ruler afterward.
  2. Compare that measurement with the length on the individual product page, allowing for how closely you like an anklet to sit.
  3. Check the measurement for each person before ordering a matching pair. Contact us if you are unsure about the fit.

The elastic cord helps the anklet slip on; it does not make one size suitable for every ankle. Avoid pulling or overstretching the cord.

Can you wear freshwater pearl anklets in water?

Remove your pearl anklet before swimming or showering. Keep it away from chlorine and perfume, and store it in a soft pouch between wears. Handle the stretch cord gently when putting it on and taking it off.

Freshwater pearls or acrylic beads?

Our pearl styles use genuine freshwater pearls with bead accents. Natural differences in shape, texture and luster are part of each pearl's character. Our Rainbow style uses colorful acrylic beads and does not contain freshwater pearls. Check each product's details to choose the finish you prefer.

How to choose matching anklets

Pick the same color for a matching pair, or choose two different colors to share or stack. Matching is not limited to mothers and daughters: choose a pair with a sister or friend, or wear both yourself.

Each anklet is sold individually. Choose a Mom pearl anklet with a Daughter pearl anklet for $80, or two Mom pearl anklets for $88. The $8 pair saving is applied automatically; acrylic anklets are excluded. Orders of two or more anklets also qualify for free U.S. shipping.
