14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. No product categories are excluded from this return policy.

Email us with your order number to request a return and receive instructions before sending your item.

Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label for ordinary returns. Approved returns should be sent to:

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether it meets the return requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us resolve it.

The unworn-item and original-packaging requirements for ordinary returns do not limit valid warranty claims or your rights under applicable law.

45-day limited warranty

Berkov Marketing Group LLC provides a 45-day limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship in Mommy & Liv anklets, beginning on the delivery date.

For a covered defect, we will replace the affected item at no charge. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund the amount paid for that item. We cover the shipping costs required to resolve an approved warranty claim, including any required return and replacement delivery.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or loss.

To request warranty service, email orianberkov11@gmail.com within 45 days after delivery with your order number or other proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will provide instructions and may request photos or the item's return for assessment.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
